Delivery Service
Standard delivery is FREE with your order, the delivery company will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day to deliver, the delivery of large oak items is on a pallet with a one man delivery service. The delivery will be as close to the front door of your building (unless there are obstacles in the way e.g. narrow entrance, gravel drive, steps or stairs) and then it is up to you the customer to get your order into your home, so please have help on hand when you organise your delivery day.

Please note that on multiple orders where there may be differing availabilty dates on items ordered delivery will only be booked once all items are in stock.

Two Man Service

Premium Delivery Service

Please allow for up to 10 days for your order to arrive using this service, delivery will take place on a specific day booked directly with ourselves, the day before your booked delivery day after 3pm you will recieve a text with your AM/PM slot. This service will be a two man delivery and your order will be brought into your home into a downstairs room of your choice. So that you have complete peace of mind the package(s) will be opened so that you can have a full check of your furniture.Any queries please call 0844 811 2261. Please note that on multiple orders where there may be differing availabilty dates on items ordered delivery will only be booked once all items are in stock. The upgrade cost for a two man delivery will be £40.

24 Hour Next Working Day Delivery

This delivery upgrade will ensure that your in stock item will be delivered the next possible working day Monday-Friday (please be aware a next day delivery will only take place on orders recieved before 2pm, after this time your order will leave the next working day for a next day delivery, should an order be placed after 2pm on a Friday delivery will take place on a Tuesday). The delivery is on a pallet with a one man delivery service, this will be as close to your front door of your building (unless there are obstacles in the way e.g. narrow entrance, gravel drive, steps or stairs) it is then up to you the customer to get your furniture into your home, so please have help on hand for your delivery day.

PLEASE NOTE ONLY ITEMS ON A ONE WEEK DELIVERY CAN BE UPGRADED TO 24 HOUR DELIVERY.

The upgrade cost for a 24 hour delivery will be £20.00
Not all delivery methods may be available in your area.
Online orders will only be delivered if your address is permanent and within the UK mainland. Your order should be completed within any advertised timescales or by any other means of confirmation either by phone or email.

Should your automated order confirmation not contain this information please refer to the individual item advert. Postcodes with the prefix AB, BT, DD, HS, IV, IM, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO30+ AND ZE are subject to a delivery surcharge which will be automatically added upon checkout, please contact us directly on 0844 811 2261 for details of this charge prior to purchase.

Delivery is free however this is subsidised by Home Furniture Land to a third party company, should you wish to return and item due to change of mind or any other reason where the fault lies with the purchaser you will be charged for any costs incurred in doing this which amounts to delivery, return and restocking fees. Smaller items may be delivered by post or bulk carrier this is usually items 30kgs and under

The delivery of your goods will only take place on a mid week day usually between the hours of 9am-6pm unless otherwise agreed with ourselves. Delivery upgrades are available for a small surcharge depending upon your postcode, this is available for selection upon checkout and includes next day 24 hour upgrades and two man service options, please note that two man deliveries cannot be upgraded to next day and are booked directly with ourselves, deliveries are per order should there be differing dates on items on your order delivery will take place once all the items are in stock.  Please be aware that larger items are only delivered on a pallet this is for the protection of said items, the driver will use a pallet truck to bring the item as near to the front downstairs door as possible and only if there are no obstacles such as a narrow entrance or gravel drives.

Delivery will be made from a 7.5ton vehicle which is 6mtrs in length and 2.4 mtrs wide the height of the vehicle is 2.10mtrs a smaller vehicle can be used at a charge and must be agreed beforehand, should you be unable to take delivery on the day that has been prearranged for whatever reason and your item has left our warehouse or it is judged unsafe to deliver by the driver due to any access issues then you will be charged to rearrange another delivery slot, we also reserve the right to cancel your order in this circumstance should this happen your payment will be refunded minus the outgoing delivery fee and return fee per item, this is applicable once your items have left our premises this includes any orders you may wish to cancel.

Should damage occur during the delivery by our carriers our liability amounts to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods providing the proof of delivery note is signed as damaged by you the customer, it is essential therefore that you check your item upon delivery for any visual signs of damage and contact should be made to ourselves reporting said damage. Delivery of your items only relates to a prearranged day and not a specific time. Home Furniture Land will not be held responsible for any costs incurred should delivery have to be rearranged by the carrier due to unforeseen circumstances of which there can be no control.

10 Day Money Back Guarantee
It is your statutory right to request a return of an item within ten (10) working days from taking delivery; this is for any reason but must be done via contact with Home Furniture Land and within the ten days. Once an item has been returned a refund will be issued within thirty days, please be aware that this can only take place if the items purchased are in a resalable condition and in the original packaging as the item was delivered, in this instance your refund will be minus any outgoing delivery charge, contact must be made as charges vary depending upon postcode.
