This unit is pre drilled for the location of the ceramic bowl, the tap requires the hole to be drilled giving you the option for the location of the tap. Please note that once this unit is fully installed and plumbed in the top drawer will be required to be fixed as it can no longer be used as drawer but only for access to your pipe work.(P trap and waste are not included).
