Standard Delivery: This is FREE with all orders over £300.00. Under £300 is £19.99. We will arrange a suitable date for delivery which will be an all day call, standard pallet service delivered to your doorstep at street level only, with one man driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle. The courier is not obliged to carry items into your home. Customers must make us aware of any restricted access to their property as we cannot accept liability for any resulting redelivery charges. Mon-Fri Delivery Only. We have AM/PM delivery slots which are charged at £10 extra, and Saturday AM service costing £19.99.

Next Day Delivery: We offer a Next Day** service on in-stock items, for an extra £19.99 (for orders over £300). Orders under £300 is £39.98. Our 14 Day Returns Policy applies to all our oak furniture ranges, from a stylish oak nest of tables to an exclusive solid oak bathroom vanity unit. Once you take delivery of your order should you not be happy with any aspect you have 14 days to return this back to us for a refund or exchange. Once the item has been returned and inspected, you will receive your refund within 14 days of cancellation, the only liability being for the return carriage costs.

After the 14 days has elapsed we are unable to accept any returns of items purchased unless they are faulty. Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Oak is a natural product and to prevent drying out a certain amount of care is required which involves feeding the wood with a natural oil or wax every few months. This is a readily available product and is very easy to obtain and use.

It is recommended that you treat your items this upon receipt of your goods as they may have spent some time in transit. Failure to do this may result in splitting or cracking.
